1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address the issue, including offering a free touch-up or partial refund based on our assessment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or re-services may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as described or agreed upon.

  • There is clear evidence of poor workmanship.

  • You reported the issue within 24 hours of the appointment and provided photos or specific feedback.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The issue is reported more than 24 hours after service.

  • The vehicle's condition made it impossible to achieve desired results (e.g., permanent stains, damage, or wear).

  • The service was completed but personal preferences were not met despite professional execution.

  • The customer was not present or did not inspect the vehicle before our team left, unless prior arrangements were made.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • Services where pet hair, excessive soil, or biohazards were disclosed and charged accordingly.

  • Add-ons or upgrades completed at the customer’s request.

4. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund or reservice:

  2. Provide your name, service date, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
